Monal is extremely focused on our ongoing projects and is able to react quickly to their individual needs. Our staff is extremely versatile and has a flexibility which often does not exist in larger more cumbersome firms. One of our most important strengths is our project coordination skills, both in Pre-construction and Construction phases.

Monal works diligently with the Design Team and Owner in the Pre-construction phase to achieve project goals while maintaining project budget. In the Construction phase, we are very strong at obtaining cooperation and expediting work with our contractors. By setting clear and achievable goals, we endeavor to encourage all of the construction participants to work as a cohesive team for the benefit of the project.
